We are pleased to announce that we are planning to reopen the Kimberley Public Library with limited services on Wednesday, November 6th. However, please note the following important updates:
- Children’s Area Closed: The children’s area will remain closed while mitigation continues. Please supervise your children closely and do not let them wander into the children’s library.
- Children’s Materials: We have a small section of recently returned picture books for borrowing and browsing
- Programs: All regularly scheduled programs will be held upstairs in the Reading Room.
- Public Computers and Printing: All services are available.
While we have tried to remove any contamination outside of the children’s reading area over the past week, we ask for your further understanding as there is a possibility of residual bear spray on some items. In the unlikely event that you notice any effects such as eye or skin irritation, please return the item to us immediately at the circulation desk and let us know it requires further attention.
