Classroom Tours & Resource Discovery
The Kimberley Public Library would like to
invite all classrooms for a library tour!
Your library tour can be general, or specifically organized to support your current classroom subjects. Library visits can be between 40 to 90 minutes in length, and include:
- a tour of the library
- an interactive exercise using the databases
- library cards (free)
- story reading
- time to check out library materials.
Or, if an onsite visit to your classroom or computer lab would work better for you, teachers are invited to call the library to arrange a convenient date and time. Classroom visits can include interactive exercises using our library databases, and can focus on specific topics that match current areas of study.
Please call the Kimberley Public Library at 250-427-3112 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a tour or onsite visit from one of our staff members. We ask teachers to give advance notice of at least one week.
We look forward to seeing you and your class!
